HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

Ukuleles... that's a sore point. Suffice to say that I really did get unlucky and end up with a flawed piece of Pheasantwood. Beautiful, but it has failed to survive the winter once more. I've done everything possible to keep it, but looks like I need to source a replacement and then make and fit it.

Ho hum.

Andy, really sorry to hear about the pheasant wood. I shan't mention your uber successful, gone viral thread again until you're ready to talk to us about it. When I hijacked the other thread yesterday I was just wanting to let you know many of us still savor hearing about the endeavor. And I'm sure in the end the results will be glorious. It really has become an odyssey of triumph over adversary but its odds on that in your time and on your terms you will prevail. Then little four stringed things have come of age!
