Logic Express with a Alesis IO26 and Behringer ADA8000 expansion

Hi There

I am running Logic Express on my Macbook Pro with a Alesis IO26 and a Behringer ADA8000 plugged in on one of the Adat inputs.

The Alesis sees the Behringer as I can plug a mic into the behringer and hear it on headphones on the Alesis also it is getting thro to the mac as I can see level on the Alesis HDM software but when I arm a track in Logic it sees nothing although when I plug a mic into the Alesis it does
