Sony CD Architect

Hope someone is using Sony CD Architect. This is my first post so please advise if I have posted in the wrong group?

I cannot burn a CD as the program is saying:

Warning: The disc length exceeds 74 minutes.

The tracks total is 1 hour 16 minutes but the RED book spec says that CDs can be up to 1 hour 18 minutes.

At the beginning of the first track there is a 2 second blank that is shown in red on the track bar. However there is a massive red bar from the 20min point to beyond the end of the tracks and I cannot adjust or remove this. This large red bar should be a short bar at the right to indicate the end of the disc

Okay so I feel stupid! The blank cd I had taken from my stack was not totally blank. All is now well.
