East West Goliath performance live?

I am hunting around for some soft synth sample libraries to use live and have seen the East West series (which look amazing!). The Goliath pack looks right up my street but would like some feedback from other users regarding its performance (and reliability) when used live. Is it really power-hungry? How stable is it? I know this will depend to some extent on the host computer - mine is a Macbook Pro on 10.6.1 with 2.8Ghz Core 2, 4GB Ram.
