filled in the interminable pesky survey. Do these people not realize that if their
websites were any bloody good they would not have to PAY for surveys!

I really don't know why so many companies make things so difficult. I am having similar
rings around the roses with NI. Smashing interface, dour, plodding customer support.
Why can't they be like cpc.co.uk? I get a flyer in the post today. I spot an
anomaly with a product, email "error report" and within minutes I get a friendly
explanation from "Chris".
Now what is SO bloody hard about that? (I don't
expect a response that fast from the Avids and NIs of this world but an email out and back
seems simple enough to manage?). Dave.
