iLok licences

I have the waves ssl 4000 plugins, and the licenses are on my ilok key. I've installed everything, but when I start cubase 6 - 64bit, which I've just started using -I'm told there are no licenses. 32bit Cubase on another computer works fine, is it something that be solved easily?
