Cubase sx3 and Win7

I want to upgrade to Win7 but will I be able to install SX3, Reason. Will the Cubase/Syncrosoft Dongle still work with Win7. I want to run it in 32 bit mode until I decide to buy SX5, but is it neccessary to run SX3 in XP mode? I have GigaStudio 3 as well, that might as well go in the Charity Shop!
