track finished.. set @ 0.1minus db on master fader?

apologies for ignorance, making this up as I go along but track finished(at last)
output fader 1&2 fader untouched is around [basically I can't remember right now] -5db peak, do I now, adjust the putput fader until it reads something like(which for now I have) -0.1 db in LOGIC

I havn't overcompressed anything in the mix, I hope and pretty much now want it at maximum level potential

slighlty worrying though, my left speakers seems to be rumbling on fade out, just the left though so maybe that speaker
got a bit shagged somewhere, perfect on right...

oh ya, very greatful if any mastering engineers are willing to advise, hoping to sent this away somewhere, if I'm lucky.

If you're sending it away to be mastered, -5dB is OK, even a bit hot really.

If you're mastering it yourself, and you're making it up as you go along, you could export it as it is, put it in a wave editor then normalise to -0.1 for listening on various speaker systems, before deciding on mix buss processing.
