It's probably something to do with how it's hosted - unfortunately.

Arpangel, cheers fer that! I though it up while feeling seasick about 25 miles SW of Lundy. But getting rid of bad upper-bass standing-waves was hard, especially as the room is nearly square and block-built. At leat it has a woodden suspended floor

Yes, Les, it's the red box, and Herself's on the bed (where else?) just to the left of the screen. Lucky you for getting a bigger place. I can't wait, and may well end up with some friends who have a band that I've worked with over last Winter/Spring

Ah, yes! Now I can see her! I had mistaken her for some discarded underwear! Well, she does look black and slinky...

... what? do you mean to say that not everyone wears black slinky underwear? HAS THE WORLD GONE MAD!

Ahem!

Anyway, yes, the studio move. It's been long overdue. I have a vast number of projects that I have been holding out on cos I just can't get all my kit in the one room. It's been a bloody nightmare! I really respect chaps like you and Arpangel who can work from your computers, in cramped quarters, and still produce good stuff. But it drives me mad. I'm a hardened and confirmed hardware man (and one-time guitarist) who needs vast amounts of space to fit his boxes into. Have you seen the size of a Linn Drum?

Not that I'm adverse to software. I have a software set up which is proving to be very fruitful. It's just that I feel most comfortable with all my hardware gadgets and all my analogue stuff.

But, hey! If we were all the same, life would be dull indeed. Let's love diversity. It's what makes the creation of music so fascinating, anyway.

And here's hoping you get to your own place soon, my friend.

Hi Tony! It is indeed a Micro Moog. I guess I must have had it for something like 30 years. Can’t remember the exact year I bought it though; damn it, long term memory on the blink now too

Finally got around to pasting a picture of the now famous "Toneville Studio" Please note the essential wash basin in the right hand corner. Sometimes my sounds are just too dirty, and I have to clean them up for public consumption, and parental decency

Now, that is what I call compact, Tony!

Do you use the sink tiles for naturalistic early reflections?

Yes, some people have commented on the fact that that area of the room is quite live.
This is the room that also has the poltergeist. I went under the table yesterday to see if the mice were about, as I like to have them around, and all of my power supply's were overturned, the mice aren't big enough to do that. Also the pan controls on my mixer were all at odd settings, very strange. See my earlier post about my A-Station and the strange case of the "automated" controls, that were turning on their own.

Tony.
