ETA for Mac Stuff new

Does anyone here know when we can expect thunderbolt to firewire solutions to surface?

I know that Sonnett makes a thunderbolt to expresscard 34 adapter, and I do have a firwire expresscard, so that is an option, but less attractive as I'd be going through two format conversions, instead of just one (thunderbolt to expresscard to firewire vs. thunderbolt to firewire).

Also, is there an estimated time of arrival for the Mac version of Sound Forge. With the demise of Bias, I need to pick a successor, my options are Audition and Wavelab, but I'd prefer Sound Forge as that is what I use on the PC.
