Magsafe replacement lawsuit
      #1001250 - 01/08/12 11:47 PM
Has anyone in the UK made a claim as a result of fraying on the old T Magsafe adaptors? I originally had to buy a replacement for £80 or so (the new F shaped one) but not even 18 months in and that's frayed and died on me.

There's no way I'm paying out again if it's a fault and they've agreed to replace them. It seems that customers in the US were entitled to refunds and replacements but I can't find anything that applied to the UK.

There's a few articles floating around the net like this one from Mac World.

Seems you could claim up until 31st May in that article but I have read 31st December in other articles like HERE
