Hmmm.
A very odd mixture of parts spanning about a 30 year age range! A wouldn't like to comment without seeing the schematic and finding out what those transistors are.

Soldering on the board very clearly shows the cleaned original work against the later work. Re-capping? Repairs?

The perfboard for the transformer's a bit cheap! Otherwise sterling work.
