SOS Primeloops giveaway new

Morning all,

I'm having some problems getting the Primeloops giveaway to work. I've followed the instructions, but I seem to be missing the coupon code - is there something else I should be doing?

Any help/advice appreciated.

I today renewed my subscription but found no information about the Primeloops that should be part of the deal.

Is this normal?

Apologies for the delay in responding to your queries concerning the Primeloops giveaway.

Our Subscriptions Department have been contacting people directly to notify them of their details, however as each one of these is being taken care of manually there's likely to be a bit of short wait in receiving them.
We are aware of all the subscribers who qualify for the Primeloops giveaway, so don't worry about the possibility of being left out, and expect our Subs Department to be in contact with you at some point in the next week or so!

I was about to renew my subsciption. How will I know if I still qualify? I understand it's limited to the first 1000.
