Ilya Efimov Guitars -Worth the hassle?

Hi there,

I tried to by some Ilya Efimov Virtual Guitars a few days ago. The site wouldn't allow me to register in order to buy. After an hour I gave up and sent them an email asking them to sort it out. I have recieved no reply. Now i'm concerned about giving my money to a company with such poor customer service.

Now I know what your now thinking -don't bother and buy elsewhere. But From the demos their product is the best I've heared.

Has anyone done business with them? Or could you recommend similar quality virtual accoustic and electric guitars?
