I've been tweaking with the iPolysix and realy like it. It sound great. However, I don't
own a Hardware Polysix, so I don't know how realistic the iPolysix is, but. to my ears
Korg did a good job. One of the great things is the learning curve: it's really flat for
somebody with a little analog synth experience. For me it was a walk in the park, but then
I've got lots of experience with my JX-3P...
Compared to JX + PG-200 there's
only one big issue: I want knobs, knobs, and more real knobs!
But then again:
for €14 that issue dissolves easily

Just hope the Korg continues making iPad recreations of classic synths like iPolysix and
iMS-20! Maybe an idea for other companies like Roland, Yamaha, Akai, Casio, Kawai, Alesis
etc.
