I just purchased an eSub but cannot download the latest issue on my iPad. What am I doing wrong?

This is a knoown bug with the underlying Adobe software.

Don't worry — your subscription is safe (assuming the transaction went through OK).
Follow these steps to fix the problem:
•Exit the SOS app.
•Tap and hold on the SOS app icon until it 'wiggles'.
•Press the 'x' in the corner of the icon. You'll get a popup asking if you want to delete the app. Confirm.

The SOS app should now be removed from your iPad.
•Open the App Store, and re-download and install the SOS app.
•Launch the SOS app once it has installed.

You should find that this has fixed the problem.

If not go to our App Support form for support (accessed from the help page drop down at the top of every SOS webpage.

An eSub and the App are two different products.
The eSub provides access to the web content which is usually locked for 5 months. If you have purchased an eSub you use your web browser to access the content whether on your iPad or desktop computer.

If you purchased an eSub thinking it was the App, you should contact our Subscriptions Dept and let them know the problem.
