Need help finding video clips for SX

Hi all,

Would like to get hold of some short action (snowboarding, skateboarding, rally driving) clips I can load into SX to compose against, just as a composition aid, to practise with hitpoints etc.

Does anybody know where I could download some free clips in the appropriate format for free? (I'm on a PC) I have searched the web, but all the clips on various sites seem to be for viewing only, and the options to save them are greyed out.

I don't wish to misrepresent these clips on a showreel or anything, I just want some stuff, around 30secs to 1 min long, to throw into SX and muck around with. I don't have a video capture card btw.

Also I am planning to buy an 1820m soon. Out of interest would it be possible to sync a video recorder up with it, (ie. which cable would plug in where) so the video controlled the sequencer?
