Sample CDs eligible for BPI sales award? new

Another theory one here....
If i recorded a CD of audio samples to be played as audio, sold it as an album with a dealer price of £6, which i believe is the qualification point, as long as it was properly barcoded and loggged ; is there any reason that it couldnt be eligble for the sales award?

You'd need to satisfy other requirements (format, number of tracks, playing time, etc.) too... but if you did, no reason why it shouldn't chart.
