can finale output to logic ?

Is it possible to score in finale and send synth parts to logic to audition them ?
The composer wants to score everything in finale because he knows it inside out , but he wants to use logic synths and audition them in finale (he uses GPO in finale to audition the orchestra parts)

The finale finale version will be exported back to logic for syncing with a movie , and recording of the orchestra .

So is this possible ? probably we'll have to use something like rewire or another application to make an internal connction between finale and logic ?
I remember something vaguely about an app called jack OSX or something ?

I forgot to tell : finale and logic are running on the same machine : mac G5 dual 2.5

thanks a lot any tips or tricks
