Promoting a video on YouTube

I've finished and uploaded a video for my track "manager" on YouTube. As much as i'm fairly clued up when it comes to music promotion, i'm new-ish to the world of videos and not too sure if there is any smart YouTube feature or function that can be used effectively for networking & promoting a video.

The video features fluffy monkey toys acting out as managers so it's quite funny and is made to appeal to people even if they don't like/know the music, so i figured i could have a go at promoting it.

Any advice, experience or stories to share?
