I like most things about this song. Except for the "snare" drum. I don't think it's remotely the right sound for the song and I kept dreading the next hit.

Gomez flashed through my mind once or twice.

Quite like its 'low rent' groove, it kinda blobs along..

Recorded and produced well, only criticism is that its a bit safe, nothing really that you haven`t heard before - in fact I think the most characterful thing about is that snare drum and I quite like the vocal effect too!

Nicely done though, just doesn't push the envelope (or resurrects one i haven`t heard for a while) but very good.

Liked this a lot -- really nice warm punchy sound overall, and pretty loud too! My only small criticism might be that the vocal is perhaps a bit too thin-sounding for me. It dones't quite balance the rest of the arrangement. It's a shame because I really like the vocal performance. I also felt that the lyrics intelligibility suffered a little as well, and with a comparatively repetitive groove-based song like this I'd have liked to hear them more.

Overall, though, this is great stuff to my ears.

I like it a lot, Well executed. It's got Pop, Punch, but not much sizzle. Perhaps just a VERY SMALL amount of Verb, or Plate on the whole thing would help open it up a bit. That and/or a High shelf at 10k with a 1 -3 db bump with a gradual Q.
Again, cool track man!

Could you Critique mine as well?

Nice song...great mix!
I wish I could do a mix like that...

The vocal sort of reminds me of Cake. Personally I think that the "thinner" vocal gives it a character that fits the style perfectly

Great job!

I thought more early Chilli Peppers myself... There is some mix congestion at some rather key frequencies, but it is easily solved.

I like the organic vibe of the song, the vocals seemed a bit muffled in the hi freq range, not enough clarity, but I guess that jells well with the music so I am not sure whether I should count that against it. The song itself seemed a bit too repetitive for my taste but again - the genre might be ok with that.
