(Minor) Strange Device Manager Issue

Well, I have been disabling various useless bits of kit in my main PC via the device manager and noticed that under the processor category that I have 2 instances of 'Intel Pentium 4 Processor'. As far as I know this is untrue since it is a 3ghz single core processor. Everything else indicates I have a single core 3ghz processor so I am just confused as to why I would have two instances there.

Could anyone explain why it shows this?
