Logic's Quickswipe Multitrack Drum Comping

After just reading in the latest SOS about Logic's Quickswipe comping feature a couple of thoughts popped up. When he was talking about correcting sloppy drumming he said that you should use the Quickswipe feature on the problem track to fix the take. Wouldn't this cause problems because of the phase relationship between the tracks, and inconsistent spill? Or am i being overly meticulous? Also if you were to group the drum tracks and enable simultaneous editing would that work with Quickswipe?
