Giga to EXS conversion problem - help needed!

I'd like to convert a Full Strings Garritan .gig file to exs24. It contains 19 separate insttruments. My problem is that I can't seem to access the individual instruments (pizz, sordino, marcato, etc) within the .gig file once it's been converted and showing up in the EXS instrument menu...it just loads the first one. There is no sub menu. So, does someone know how I can fix this?

Just sorted this. I was adding to the System Library, and not the User Library as I was supposed to. Easy mistake to make. Cheers. And HAVE A GREAT CHRISTMAS!
