16 position dual gang selector switch
      #694083 - 05/01/09 12:20 PM
Hi,
I posted here recently regarding my broken lexicon lxp-1. The selector switch is broken and is as described above. It is just a 16 position detented pot but i cant find it anywhere. Lexicons uk distributor no longer support this product and have no info regarding where i might get parts and im just wondering if anyone knows where i could get this simple part. It is made by a company called cts (who havent got back to me yet but dont appear to still make it).
Thanks
Peter

I think i might just be in luck,
I have a tc electronics m300 which actually has 2 16 point selector switches on them - and they are the same on the m350 currently being made so as long as they are dual gang then im in luck if i can find out where to get tc parts -
the search continues with hope in my fragile little heart he he

Lexicon lxp-1 R.I.P

I gave it my best shot but the m300 selector was very different inside and couldnt find anyone who still made the part - there probably is somewhere but thats it for me.
thanks for your help Ivan.

Cheers

Peter

The only remaining person who worked on designing this part at cts has got back to me and has a stash of a few remaining parts that he is kindly sending me for free. Pretty lucky - looks like the lxp-1 will be back in business.
