OSX wont detect my Radium new
      #69139 - 04/01/05 03:38 AM
For some reason OSX has stopped detecting my M-Audio Radium 49 key USB controller. M-Audio's support is "closed for the holidays" so I'm stuck scratching my head. I go into Audio and Midi Setup and scan my devices, still nothing comes up. I installed the newest driver.

The only thing I can think of that might have affected this was my OSX update (fairly recently). Offhand I can't remember if I've used the controller since the update. The controller is recieving power from the computer, OSX just wont detect it.

This problem might be too obscure for this board. Any suggestions?

I just started using OSX (10.3.5) with my Radium 49 and it seems to be working fine. Have you upgraded OSX to 10.3.7, I have read some people seem to have had a few probs since upgrading....

A while back, all of a sudden Coreaudio stopped reading my MOTU Midi Time Piece. it now simply doesn't believe it exists. As a result logic still doesn't believe it's existence either, and everytime I load up a song, logic asks if i want to repatch my midi sends. Weirdly enough though I can carry on working as normal (I think i've started to notice some midi stability problems) but otherwise it still works. Nothing i've done has solved it, including several OS updates, and I can't see what could've caused it either... Sometimes the weirdest things happen, eh!
