      #714615 - 08/03/09 08:04 PM
Hi,

Does anyone know what kind of internal battery the JX-8P uses? I have a JX that s battery must have died and I can't seem to find any info via google.

Thanks for any help.

What you need is the service manual which you can scour the net for or buy from here http://www.manuals-in-pdf.com/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=roland+j x8p+service+manual&forward=plist

Thanks for the replies,

I couldn't find mention of the battery in the manual & no luck with finding a service manual as yet. I'll keep looking.

Cheers

KJH

Could you not open it and see what it is?

Or Google, ring Roland UK or phone EMIS or Synth Service Centre?

Try this...?

http://manuals.fdiskc.com/flat/Roland%20JX-8P%20&%20PG-800%20Service%2 0Manual.pdf

Looking at the parts list - page 6 says "Lithium Battery BR2325-HC"
