Yay!! We were lucky enough to come under the scrutiny of Mike Senior's Mix Rescue this month (you need eSub). Mike did a fab job and we love the results.

I liked this tune - and what was done...

although I'd have made it more retro (lots more retro) and less "polished" i really appreciate what Mike did not just for the mix but for ideas for my own recording - especially the vocal parallel compression - just used that technique for my current project and it works a treat! - so much better than thickening with reverb!!!

Mix rescue is doing very well at the moment - becoming one of my first go to articles - especially online where you can ....well done SOS!
