A recording setup for my church new

hi
my church has a pa system (allen+heath+nexo speakers etc very exp) and basically there is a requirement to record some of the services for the upcoming conferance. The only thing we need to record is the sermons + some hall mics.
Basically i plan to take a few line outs from the A+H desk and put it into the computer - basically whats the best, cheapest and simplist recording package that can record 4 inputs at once and what soundcard would you recommend? i wouldnt need pre amps as the source would be from the desk.
again the cheapest / best soundcard ? thanks guys

Echo do a soundcard that'll do the job, can't remember the model. Software wise, you could use audacity which I think will record multitrack and it's free.
