Free anti Virus software for Parallels

Hi all,

can anyone recommend a free antivirus software I can download and run in Parallels so I can surf the net?

Microsoft Security Essentials is their new, free AV tool, and it's pretty decent.

2nd for AVAST,
but you are FAR FAR FAR safer to surf a la Mac,
still, its your machine, your data & your time

If you run Windows in Fusion, you get all the Mac's protection and none of the hardware destroying crap, ( remember the love bug ? )
This does not mean your Windows install will not get infected, but replacing a file with a backup is better than a Windows re-install any day.

just a thought...
