Hammond repair
      #809700 - 05/02/10 07:57 PM
I have an L100 which is in need of repair. Anyone know of any keyboard techs in Ireland that could help me out?

I've brought parts over to the UK in the past but would prefer someone who can work on it locally...

there's a chap in North Wales, near prestatyn who's very good.... if he could get on as a foot passenger then the ferry to dublin wouldn't break the bank i suspect...

i'll have to struggle to remember his name (it was peter something or other i think.... ) i'll message an old colleague of mine who may remember..

(been a while since I had to have one repaired in North wales.... )

I'd also like to know this guy. I have a T202 with a broken amp that needs some TLC.

it appears he may have retired.... Peter Fawcett was his name, but my contacts haven't heard from him for about 7 or 8 years... i'm trying to acquire his number to see if it's the case or not....

I must have notifications turned off - thanks a lot for the replies, really appreciate the help as I think it'll be a challenge to get this thing back in proper shape!

Any competent electronics technician with experience of valve amplifiers should be able to help. It's 1960s/1970s technology and the service manuals are easily available.
