when I click on a Digital edition:

I get this error in safari:

This page requires AC_RunActiveContent.js.

Any help?

The site runs using java scripts. Is Java turned off (or perhaps not installed) on your browsers?

The page opens normally for me.

I just tried to access this - and got:

"Sorry, no access

You do not have a Subscription which allows you to access this Digital Edition."

And yet on teh front page it says: "Existing print/eSub subscribers get FREE access to the digital editions".

And it tells me I am logged in.

And I have a browser with JS enabled?

If you are logged in, please go to your "My Subscriptions" page within MySOS/MyAccount here https://www.soundonsound.com/UserAccount/Subscription.php and see if this gives you access?

I'm not getting the javascript error either that's referred to earlier in this thread.

Hi Jelnet,

Just looked up your account details and see that you are UK-based. This would account for the response if you were trying to click on the http://usdigital.soundonsoud.com link posted by Chalm Goldman.

The UK and USA Digital editions are free for anyone to access after 5 months but your subscription covers access to the UK Edition only.

Please try http://ukdigital.soundonsoud.com if you are registered in the UK.
