You're sort of asking, 'How do I turn an orange into an apple crumble?'.
You
don't 'turn' MP3 files into a disk format.
You can write an MP3 file to a data
DVD as a simple data file, or you could write an MP3 to a CD as a data file, or convert it
as an audio track to an audio CD (though I'd strongly advise against the latter).
What is it you're really trying to do?

Oh I think I understand. Then I must be trying to write an MP3 file to a data DVD.

An MP3 is simply a data file like any other - simply use whatever method you would
normally use to burn a text document, or any other file to your DVD writer. I can't answer
for Mac, but on a PC it's as simple as right-click and 'send to...', but many PCs come
with burning software, such as Nero, Roxio, or similar.

What EXACTLY do you want to do with it? Play it on a TV dvd set?
Windows
comes with Windows Movie Maker. Put the mp3 into the audio track, put whatever photo
or video you want in the video track and save it as an .avi file.
Then use Nero
or whatever burner software you have to make a dvd-video disk.

I have been asked to supply my own original songs on to a DVD for a music library.
Normally, I'm asked for a CD. I wonder why the library is asking for DVD? Thanks
for help.

Have they requested the files be sent as MP3? I would have thought WAV files
would have been requested for a music library especially as you have all that
space to fill on DVD

+1 Sounds very iffy to me. A music library that asks for a degraded audio format and needs
it to be presented on physical media?
Wonder where they tie up their horses?
Hmmm...

Maybe they're expecting .wav files at 24 bit and 96K. That would explain the 'send it on a
DVD request' - simply to cope with the total size of the files they're expecting...
Just a thought.....

Sorry I should of added this.
"Uncompressed wave-format 44,1khz, 16 bit,
besides the track names should include your name, the title and bpm-range"
I
don't know how to do this

You said above that "Normally, I'm asked for a CD". This being the case aren't you already
mixing to a 16-bit, 44.1kHz WAV (or maybe AIFF?) file? Check your DAW's export settings
and I think you'll find all of the settings you need are there.
...unless
you're mixing down to an MP3, then making an audio CD from the MP3 - which I hope you're
not!
MP3 is a 'lossy' file compression format that works by throwing away
parts of the audio, but in a way that attempts to minimise the audible effects of the lost
data. Once lost, the data can not be retrieved.
'Uncompressed audio'
essentially means 'not MP3' or, indeed, any other lossy, or loss-less compression format
WMA, Ogg, FLAC, etc. WAV and AIFF are the most common loss-less formats, with WAV being
the most universally recognised.
HTH!

Oh in that case it’s easy - instead of a CD audio track you just supply exactly the same
audio format (16-bit/44.1kHz), but burned onto a DVD-R as a WAV file instead of burned
onto an Audio CD. By adding your name, song title and BPM range to the WAV
filename it makes it easier for them to keep track of everything. Martin
