QSC PLX3602 problem

I have the mixer allen heath ZED12FX connecting to dbx pa and then from the low port,I
have the QSC PLX3602 set up as bridge mono to drive 2 subs jbl mrx518. It works well.
But now when I change the amp as stereo and connect it directly from mixer to the main JBL
MRX515 speakers, I only hear the bass, no more treble sound. Also, I have tried to connect
amp to the high port of dbx , I still have the problem with output the bass sound only on
MRX515. What wrong with the amp ? Any reset to make it work to produce both treble and
bass to the main speakers like before ? Please advise ! Thanks

Don't these amps have a HPF switch on the back of them ?

Could be any number of different things. I assume you've tried the speaker with a
different amp to check that the speaker is working correctly? And likewise tested that amp
with a different speaker to confirm that the problem definitely lies with the amp? And
double-checked you're not doing anything silly with the crossover or desk outputs? (We've
all been there...) If memory serves, the amp only has 30Hz and 50Hz HPF switches on
the back so they wouldn't account for the problem you describe. It would be quite
unusual for an amp to fail with those symptoms - I'd certainly be looking elsewhere for
the cause first.

Nope, it should have both a HPF and LPF... see here...

And it sounds like the LPF is engaged and needs to be changed obviously if the OP
is looking to use it with full range speakers.

I was thinking of the original PLX, not PLX2...
