Audio Technica DC5 drum pack. Is there ANY info? new

There seem to be plenty of these for sale. The sales blurb reads like the MB/Dk5. However I can't find a review or even a reference on the Audio Technica site. Is it a discontinued product, or just bogus?

AT says;..................

The new MB/DK5 is a better Kit in many ways.

"The new model can work under incredible pressure, ideal on drums since it can manage the transients without losing the detail.

It also has a much fuller and punchier sound, an improved cardioid polar pattern, delivering superior off-axis rejection for maximum gain before feedback.

Great for Live Sound and even for recording, I have used it on live recording sessions and I was pretty impressed with the results."

So..... was the old kind rubbish then?
