Us122 and a analogue mixer!

I have got a mackie dfx 12 live mixer and a tascam us122 audio interface.... How is the best way to connect them to allow me to record individual tracks to PC whilst monitoring the full output... e.g. giving vocalist more reverb on vocal take but recording dry version.
I know it has something to do with busses and aux sends but it keeps making me go cross-eyed with confusion!
