Kontakt 4 UI issue

Hi folks - I recently updated Kontakt 4 on our studio machine with the latest updates. This update reset the file path of the factory library, so I sorted that in the options of the standalone version. However, since then the plug-in window on one user account is so small that it contains only the Power, Bypass and Read Automation buttons - and no scroll bars, and no way of resizing the window. This only happens on one user account, the others work as expected. The standalone version works ok. Anyone have any ideas what's going on? I don't want to have to re-install and re-authorise it as the machine isn't on the internet.

Not sure where Kontakt might store user-specific settings, but if this is Windows, is there something for it under the User Profile folders, eg somewhere like: C:\Documents and Settings...? Maybe try searching in that area for "Kontakt" and deleting the relevant subfolder for that user - or just rename their whole profile folder if there aren't any other custom settings they're too worried about...

Hi - thanks for the prompt reply! I'll check that out. I also had a rummage in the registry, but couldn't see any parameters that appeared to relate to plug-in window size.
