This question has already been answered in our support forum - you can

- but to summarise the thread, it's because both our website and
the people we host with has their own certificate. In some browsers this can cause
problems as it loads the wrong certificate first (theirs) which isn't registered to our
domain name, hence the warning.
We are VeriSign registered - you can view the
certificate in our shop area.
I'll move this thread into our Support area as it
relates to a technical issue not website feedback.
