Due to a technical error in our e-shot system yesterday you may have received an e-mail stating your subscription to Sound On Sound magazine was due to expire after either 3 issues, 2 issues or 1 issue.

PLEASE IGNORE THAT E-MAIL

I can confirm that your account is active and this error will not affect your subscription.

If you have renewed in response to the remainder, a refund is being processed. If you have not renewed you don't need to take any further action.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience or alarm this may have caused, we would also like to thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we rectify this problem.
