BX5A vs BX5D2?

It looks like M-Audio is discontinuing the BX5A in favor of a newer model, the BX5D2. (or perhaps it is BX5DX2.)

Does anyone here know if there are really any significant differences between the two models, or is it just a new name, new marketing, perhaps cosmetically a little different?
