Im going to be recording a 100 piece vocal choir within the next few
weeks in a nicely sized chapel with lovely acoustics.
I will have access to Sound Field ST450, Rode NTK Rode NT2-A Rode NT4 SE2A (2) Nuemann TLM 103
Im thinking about having the soundfield as high as possible
over the choir, then the 2 SE2A's on the front pointing at an angle towards the choir and
then an M/S configuration in the center front of the choir.
Any thoughts?

You'll probably be able to run with just the Soundfield. Take a look at Hugh's choir
recording articles in SOS - there's a pair describing how he recorded a choir CD which
looked pretty much on the money to me.

I agree - the
ST450 on its own will likely do fine.
Be careful in positioning though and not
too close.
Depends on the physical layout of the choir, but with that many singers (and assuming a
choirmaster who has giot them well balanced) then a simple stereo pair will do the job
just fine.
I'd go with the ST450 rigged either as a Blumlein array (cross
fig-8s) if the venue will allow that, or as an MS system if you need to be closer. And I'd
aim to rig it well in front of the choir not above the conductor for a more relaistic
sense of depth and a good stereo image.
If the choir is spread out linearly
then some outriggers to pick up the outer edges might be useful, and spot mics for
soloists if they are a little weak.
