Logic / Reason automation problem?

Hey,

Im wondering how i can control a synth from reason in Logic whilst its rewired?

I need to be able to make the knobs in reason move by using automation in logic and not touching the knobs themselves, i found this video http://youtu.be/PeIIpjsdV_k which showed me how to i could do it to ES2 and other logic synths however wouldn't work on the rewired reason sounds.

If someone could link me to a youtube tutorial video or give me a step by step explanation i would be very greatful
