I imagine Quad might be able to help with an original, but there are also a few companies that provide upgraded replacements such as:

How odd! Sorry about that... I've edited the earlier post with the correct link.

I used to have a Quad 33/303 years back. I always thought the power amp was a little soft-sounding, but a solid performer nonetheless, but the preamp was the weak link in the chain and unhelpfully noisy. I've subsequently heard a 33 with the full suite of upgrades from this company and was very impressed with the improvements.
