Is it just me and my schoolboy humour, but surely they could come up with a better name
for this product? http://spl.info/index.php?id=22&L=1

I was pleased to read that "Its fascinating possibilities allow you to get the best
results out of your equipment."
One of the controls is 'bypass period' which
makes sense, especially for married men.
etc etc etc

Probably take their inspiration from a UK company that always describes itself as "The
master bakers". CC

I'm guessing that the next model will be the 'T' series and our mirth will be complete!

While we're down here anyway...
(Variation on a theme by Dave B)
My first thought was "a clever marketing ploy for techy types", next I thought "direct
translation from the Chinese".
Whatever the truth it's only likely to
resonate to childish types (like me) during series 1-7. After that it goes mainstream.

Wang Computers tee-shirt slogan "Wang Cares". No joke. How'd they miss that one?

I can't see what's so funny - this is a serious piece of kit! All the parts were
thoroughly tested on this component analyser from Wayne Kerr Electronics: http://www.waynekerrtest.com/Have *you* passed the Wayne Kerr Test??

Easy. It has a different meaning
in the States.

Fascinating!! here's an extract from CCs link. ''This excess wankiness is signalled
by an overload of the wankometer (compare bogometer). When the wankometer overloads, the
conversation's subject must be changed, or all non-wanks will leave.''
Now, I
have heard that the colonials are a bit odd ..

Years ago a guitarist over here had a fan letter from the USA telling him he was a whang

I work in the telecoms industry. A
commonly used acronym is "WAN" (for Wide Area Network). Guess what we call the resident
WAN expert? Yep... the WAN King.
Keeps us amused...
