possible room conversion to studio

Hey peeps,

I'm recently been offered the chance to convert a bedroom into a studio (control room only) and wondering what is possible with the room I have been given:

I hope the photos work as I'm not sure how to upload images, so I've tried posting em up on my facebook account

The room is 10ft across 6ft depth 6ft high and the idea is to move the seat withe duvet and bed with green cover completely out the way which effectively splits the room in half. The other important aspect is that I can only have half the room which would mean putting up a false wall. The budget however is not a problem but I'm wondering if its worth it...

I don't currently have a studio space as I'm working completely on headphones whilst living in a stusdio flat with my girlfriend and the idea of having a 'proper' studio space is something I'm very much interested in!

any more info needed, just give me a shout
