What would be the optimal way to utilise Kontakt on an iMac

I have just done a clean install on my iMac and I am about to re-install Kontakt. The last
time I had the library in the NI folder in /documents (thats where NI installer put it),
it seemed to work fine. I am wondering what the best setup would be. I have a 2TB drive in
the iMac so space is not a problem but cash is so I want to avoid getting an external if
poss. I am not doing huge projects or anything just messing about. Just thought I would
check out the wisdom of those with more experience than I

The best and most optimal route is to put the library on a fw800 dedicated samples drive
(and to also have a dedicated fw800 projects drive, this is what I do)
But if
you are doing small projects just let the installer put it in the standard place and dont
worry about it. Until you get some more drives....
