If anyone knows how to get clear warm pad in Yamaha S90;what effects should I enable/disable?

I would switch off the reverb and delay, if any is present. Adjust the filter, if it has one, to taste. Layer sounds if needs be.

Traditional 'warm pad' territory is detuned saw waves, filtered down to taste, perhaps a touch of chorus, and some people like PWM instead of pure saws (but that's more Juno 106 than Juno 60).

Anything on top of that is bonus ball stuff..
