Purchased IPAD app subscription, got a single issue instead new

Greetings,

Last month (May 13th), I purchased a US subscription for a year's worth of SOS and was granted access to the May edition. However, this month's issue has the buy button instead of the read button showing. What gives? What will I need to do to get this corrected?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble, Mojo. Our ipad support guru is currently away on holiday, but will be back next week. I'm sure she can help you resolve this, but in the meantime please try following the advice in the related thread HERE, and report back if that doesn't fix the problem.
