Miniak modulation

Anyone know if its possible to set a controller to the amount of filter mod on an Akai Miniak? Ive been playing around with the Hypersynth visual editor but have had no luck with this. Im basically trying to get a dubstep bass wobble but to be able to control it with one of the wheels/sliders on the Miniak
