Cubase LE with Tascam products i.e FW1884 new

Hi
Anyone received the free Cubase LE that is meant to be available via TASCAM web page?
I have bought a FW1884. I have filled in order form for Cubase LE, 3-4 months ago.
I have phoned Tascam UK and left messages with answer phone, with no reply yet. I have had better customer support from TC Electronic and havn't bought anything from them.

Probably doesn't help, but mine was in the box with my FW1082. You might want to double-check.
